The following terms and conditions set out how Rogate Crafts agrees to sell our goods and services to you. Upon accepting your order, we (Rogate Crafts) and you (The Customer) are legally bound by these terms and conditions. 

About Us

We sell handicraft goods from a number of popular craft brands to the UK market. The goods and services you find on this website are provided by Rogate Crafts. We operate as a Sole Trader at the following address: 28 Graylands, Theydon Bois, Essex CM16 7LB

Ordering

Please use our online shop to place your order. Full payment is required before your order is dispatched. It is your responsibility to ensure the information you provide is accurate, please ensure you check all details before placing your order. 

Prices & Payment

Rogate Crafts accepts debit and credit card payments via our website ‘Worldpay’ payment system.

Shipping & Delivery

Free UK delivery is offered on all orders £25.00 and over. Orders under £25.00 are charged as follows:

1st Class Delivery = £6.00

2nd Class Delivery = £2.50

Delivery is usually within 2-5 working days but may vary from time to time depending on the product. Currently we do not ship outside of the UK. However, please get in touch via email should you have a specific enquiry.

Returns, Refunds & Complaints

We appreciate that from time to time you may want to return an item to us. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in its original packaging and unused. If your item has been opened or used, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. Any items that are faulty will be exchanged or refunded.

Please ensure when returning items, you send them by recorded mail so you have a record of delivery. Unless the item is faulty, mail costs for returns are borne by the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the goods back from you. The refund will be made via your original method of payment.
