F1090 PCA Perforating Tool - Fine Fan Perforating / Punch Tool

Same size as the F1081 Fan Tool, but this tool has been made as a Perforating/Punch Tool. Ideal for making a beautiful fan/shell shape cutouts. Ideal for border surrounds etc. Like all the Perforating/Punch Tools, they are easy to use and save you hours of scissor snipping. 

It is recommended for best results for achieving the cutout shape, this tool only be used in conjunction with the new Perforating/Punch templates. They are very easy to use and will create the perfect shape every time. Simply place your vellum over the top of the fan template and perforate to the full depth of the needles. The Fan shape will be punched out. 

If only the perforations are required, only perforate to half the depth of your needles. These tools are basically two tools in one. First perforation gives you your fan shape and the second action gives you the cutout shape. A small very useful template is included with the tool.
